I'm very excited to be going to Coney island, especially after my near win in Dallas where I thought I had blew it for this year! I just wanted to thank everyone that sent me encouraging words to give it another shot. It was worth the 8 hour drive each way. I know that my winning number is not impressive, but it's tough not to play it safe when you're ahead by at least 5 dogs most of the time. I wanted to win, not to set a personal record. I'll save that for the big show on the 4th! I'm just a country bumpkin who has never even been to New York city, so I'm very excited to see it for the first time. See y'all there! BTW, you're all right that the San Francisco and hot dog eating jokes write themselves. Oh, and Superpaul, I do plan to wear very dapper attire! Just got back in from SF.
