2018 Finkies awards winners
The Fink Beats the Stomach announced the winners of their “Finkies” awards for 2017, which were based on online polls:
Rookie of the Year: Rene Rovtar
Showman of the Year: Beard Meats Food
Male Competitive Eater of the Year: Joey Chestnut
Female Competitive Eater of the Year: Michelle “Cardboard Shell” Lesco
Emcee of the Year: Eric “Badlands” Booker
Darron Breeden did not agree with the Rookie of the Year choice. Molly Schuyler and Miki Sudo have yet to comment on the Female of the Year award.

Darron sucks at life, Miki is hotta than a Molly, Who is Michelle Lesco btw, and showman of the year is a guy who buys all of his attention and views and subscribers….he not good in america…Seiken wins all and deserves eater of the year 2018

Isn’t Rene a superintendent? She obviously could influence a larger voter population.
Darron didn’t even congratulate Rene is his video. Just complained the entire video
Also, there are LOTS of people the Fink Brothers don’t recognize. The categories and lists would be exhaustive. However, I do appreciate the things they do for the sport.
In addition, many of the new eaters have no respect for the sport or for other remarkable eaters.
Who gives a crap how many cookies, calories, etc. are devoured on your YouTube channel.
Calling out eaters is ridiculous. It’s all just for fun. None of you are going to be able to retire off competitive eating.
