That was one of my favorite contests to date by far. The atmosphere was awesome and it was a perfect day at the inner harbor. The crabcakes were nice and soft with TONS of sweet crab meat in them. They literally fell apart when you picked up some of them which is why the no dunking rule went down. They were real Phillips restaurant crabcakes that they would serve to customers also.
