How dare you make up a story like that. This is an outrage spreading rumors that Dale Boone kicked the bucket. How would you like it if someone spread that rumor about you?. I agree with Don. This man is nothing more than a fake and his tough guy persona doesnt impress me one bit. He competed in several Nathans qualifiers in the late 90′s and got his ass handed to him in pickles by Krazy Kevin. His biggest claim to fame was inflating his totals of fake arrests of vandals in nyc and getting married to a very attractive model that specialized in martial arts. His big mouth nearly cost him his life badmouthing gambino boss John Gotti. The Shea’s were interested in making him a partner in the IFOCE but he dissed them like a hot potato . He reported the live commentary for the Nathans finals in 2003 on MSNBC but was banned for life after making negative racial and ethnic remarks about Kobe and the Japanese. Tim do a google search and you will be surprised how much info you will find on this loudmouth idiot.

Curtis Silwa should have lost his time slot on radio back in 2001 when he tld me as a guest minutes before thematzah ball contest start ;;that the jews are finished in competitive eating and went onto say on metro no more sons of moses( a refrence to matazh ball champs) He use to march into bens deli with his band of guardin angels remanisent to me of hitlers brown shirts as they stood there with steel gazes in their eyes staring down the patron . Don Imus will be a welcome change

Who is Sliwa? Is this the pickle guy BB competed with once or twice 10 years or more ago? Wake me up when there is a newer thread. Did BB put you up to this OJ? Both OJ and BB have awesome CE articles, but I have never gotten the Sliwa thing. Sliwa is a competitive eater? murderer? politician? radio host? What? Is Sliwa even a real person or still alive? If this person has done so much and is so famous, how come I have never heard anything about this “supposed” person except from BB and now OJ. I don’t get it. Is this an inside joke among some of the founding competitive eaters? If so I want in so I can laugh about it too. Right now I am in the dark with no clue.
