Pizza Hut of Japan’s website has a commericial for the Mini Dog pizza starring Natsuko “Gal” Sone. The Mini Dog pizza has miniature hot dogs in its crust. Its list price is 2150 yen ($23.81) for a medium and 3250 yen ($35.99) for a large.
