"Furious" Pete Czerwinski has posted a video of him attempting what is billed as the largest burger in Korea. In his latest Q & A session, Pete says he will travel to India in 2012 to attempt the ghost pepper.

Cmon Boone now you are playing dirty like the IFOCE days when after the contest you were forced to open your fists which contained a bunch of russian dumplings . Pete has the right to compete where ever he wants. You dont own India

In Fact WLOCE LTD does own the rights in India. And filming will not be allow.

Just like Kobayashi would not be allowed to compete against Dale Boone either, even though Dale has him in the WLOCE rankings.

This is fun and funny. Rhonda, is the ghost pepper a particular challenge that Boone has done? And even if it is, can’t you see Boone trying to explain to an owner/sponsor of a place why FP should not be allowed to do the challenge. FP has been presumably sent to other countries, his way paid and filmed for German television, if I remember correctly. I have not watched any of his videos…….yes, I did watch one, but never went back, no time etc. But really, if Boone’s bluff is to be called, there is absolutely no better way than this. It is probably not worth Kobayashi’s time to deal with Boone and have his name removed. Kobayashi may not even know that his name is being trashed by being associated with Boone. Does he even know that he is listed? Have they ever been in touch through his translator? All moot because Pete will take no prisoners. Apparently Boone thinks that he owns competitive eating in India. This is a real hoot and going to be a hootenanny. Bring it on.

I’m not sure if Boone ever participated in ghost peppers; I don’t think so.

Anything that threatens to take him out of his fantasy of being the World Champ will not be tolerated.

Kobayashi could care less where anyone ranks him or what is said about him in print. Show him the next event and the next $

Koby’s is THE CE legend whose name precedes him. It will always be that way as far as I can tell.

However, if Koby didn’t care about where he is ranked, his falling out with the IFOCE wouldn’t have been quite as severe.

Seems to me he still cares about others’ perception of where would be ranked if he were still in MLE—-witness his private challenges in HDBs and turkey.

I think Koby’s pride cannot stand the thought of being perceived as second best to anybody.
