The Hundreds has a report on the taco eating contest held Labor Day in Redondo Beach, CA sponsored by Gringo Bandito Hot Sauce. The original count was Pat Bertoletti 141 tacos, Takeru Kobayashi 140 (Kobayashi won by 8 after debris deductions.) Naader Reda and shokutsuclub have videos.

    They should weigh the trays for an accurate count not eyeing the shit making sure the Kobi show contuines.

    What types of food are typically weighed? Debris or technique foods, like wings and ribs? But corn on the cob and oysters are debris foods, but I think they are not weighed.

    Koby is probably the cleanest eater there is. Pretty meticulous actually. I’m pumped Pat gave him a go at it, it’s too bad for the debris, but Pat chipmunks hard.

    Do they ever check your mouth after 30 seconds to make sure all chipmunked food is is gone?
