I want to see my name on that list. The Landing does not even mention this on their website. I was there last night. There is sand all in front of the stage. A band played on that stage and the margarites were flowing. I know I had way too many. Tried to eat Krystals this morning, about 2 am and ate 7 in 1 minute. I must admit I was sitting down and a little bit drunk. Hope to do as good on Monday. Will be spending some more time tonight at the Landing again. This time I might just stick with beer. It is HOT HERE. At 7:30pm it feels like 99. This morning at 6 am it felt like 92. Monday will be brutal. The rain is here from Gustav and the forecast is for off and on rain during the time of the contest. Where is the list of the names. If my name is not there I'll be upset. Still no mention of who will be in Jacksonville. I want to see my name on that list.

You'll probably be better off not taking a shower, it's so humid down here I sweat when I shower. The best thing to do is get a steamer pack and do a sprint outside. There is quite a difference come qualifying day, in the past I've been off my pace because of the weather. When your at The Jacksonville Landing just hang out Hooters until it comes close to the start of the contest, when outside stay in the shade. This year should will be a blast! 2006 was a good one, a lot of pro-eaters came out. I wish I were staying in town for this one. Good luck to you! Oh yeah,we've developed gills down here! Woke up this morning to some super wet air. I can hardly breath it is so humid here. I might be lucky to do one dozen. Hope I do not DQ. Will do a test this afternoon at one of the local Krystal's.
