OddsShark lists Joey Chestnut as a -505 favorite for the 2017 Nathan's finals. The field is a +335 underdog. Joey Chestnut's over under in the finals has been set at 70.5 hot dogs.

    It means you bet $100 to get $335 – pretty good odds to win with Stonie, Carmen, or Gideon. Or you can bet $505 on Joey to win $100. Over/Under seems high.

    There is a max to betting line . Dont think you can bet more than $500 because the cheap betting site wont be able to cover the bets if they go broke

    I don’t think the over/under is high Nate. Joey has shown he is clearly better than Matt in HDB. Not even close. How many times has Matt broken 70 or even come close? Likewise, Carmen is getting much better, but I think he needs one or two more years of experience to be able to compete with Joey in HDB.

    That may be true 1:52, as long as the two bettors were not the sports prognosticators who came to this site a few years ago on a weekly basis to recommend NFL bets. One was “Jimmy the Geek”, and the other I forget. But they both were wrong more often than not.
