I did not "give head" to Dale Boone!

Other than that, the song kicked ass! Loved it, Brian. I look forward to more songs from you...just no more about me and Boone, k? LOL.

Let me say something else. Women oftentimes have better finger dexterity than men. You competitively eat oysters with a cocktail fork. Put a fork, spoon, or a set of chopsticks in Sonya's (or Juliet's or Elizabeth's) hands and they will amaze you at how fast the food gets from the table / bowl / shell to the mouth.

I for one am super psyched about an oyster contest. Raw oysters on the half shell is my favorite food and I've never had the chance to eat them in large quantity due to the expense (they're 12-20 dollars a dozen here in california). When I joined the IFOCE, I was REALLY disappointed to find out that the oyster contest was on hiatus. I am so glad that there is now a good chance it might come back. I know this is the contest where people will see what I'm truly capable of and I'll have the most fun of any previous one. Plus, I've never been to New Orleans and really want to have an excuse to check it out. I hope that story is accurate and it really will happen. I agree with Rhonda, I wish there was more of a variety of healthy food such as veggies, pasta, seafood, etc. That is all I eat in real life. The only red meat I've had in like ten years has been at IFOCE contests. I would absolutely love to eat such foods competitively because I know I will do better and my body will handle it better. But it's probably just a dream. Although I'm shocked there hasn't been a major sushi contest yet. Japanese food is so popular these days and there is several big AYCE sushi chains around the country who could afford to promote a contest (such as Todai or Onami). That would be a sweet contest as well, even though the quality of the sushi for an all you can eat event would be subpar and probably just california rolls instead of nigiri. Anyway, enough rambling for me today.

Assuming there are no sexual undertones to that question (Anony 12:14), I would have to make Sonya an ever-so-slight favorite over Pat and Joey. It's hard for me to go against someone who has eaten 46 dozen Acme oysters in 10 minutes. I might be wrong, but I'd have to see it first to think otherwise.

Incidentally, I think Sonya would win a contest of any length in oysters, Koby included -- 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 12 minutes. You name it.

I hope there's follow through with the Louisiana Acme Oyster contest. Seafood needs way, way more representation among IFOCE events and this will help give us a clearer, more comprehensive indication of talent, as opposed to putting so much weight on sandwich foods. I'd also like to see Maine lobster return, along with crawfish jambalaya, as well as shrimp and clams.

We probably will never go back to a "Big Four," as it was years ago (in the IFOCE), with Nathan's, Acme Oysters, Thanksgiving meal, and Buffalo wings, given the incredible success of Krystal burgers. But there does need to be more recognition given to other food groups throught the year.

Additionally, let's have more pasta and veggies. The veggies should be right up Humble Bob's alley, so I know he'd like to see more of them too.

When Halls rankings come out It will be Joey Pat Bob Hall Erik Koby in that order and no woman will be in the top ten. I like that. Those people who vote with him no the importance of separate mens and womens leagues. The only exception I might make is Gal Sone because she has it all but she should really be in her own league too and shed be at the top. The americans women have so much to learn from her but their shes just to good to waste her time with them.
