    I really miss comments by Stallion Italian, Rona, Badlands, Rhonda, and a few others who, several years ago, posted positive, motivational comments that made me want to come here. But now, they’re all gone and so is anything good.

    This site has since become a repository for garbage, trash, and all that goes against camaraderie that competitive eaters experienced a decade ago.

    I’m saddened, longing (for earlier days) and profusely pissed that the owner of this site embraces such negativity. I almost want to cry.

    Reflections you can partially blame the Sheas for the hostility . They took pleasure in playing eaters against one another. Embarrass them on stage with stupid sarcastic comments about their weight etc , picking and choosing certain individuals for media spots . As long as you weren’t on their shit list you were confirmed for each and every contest you entered regardless of your eating ability. Nothing good about them whatsoever

    Crude remarks indeed. One of the Shea brothers would write stupid jokes about their eaters and demand that the mc in the contest mock them on stage with insensitive remarks such as “he is the only man able to braid both nostril hairs together” Whatever that meant

    There is no reason to blame the Sheas for anything related to this website. I am fully in agreement with What’s up OJ and the person who wrote about missing several people. Those were great times on eatfeats, and there is no reason that they cannot return except for OJ being willing to filter completely juvenile remarks and not allowing Seiken to carry out his continuing vengeance fighting several people. If he isn’t making comments about one, it is about another. He tries so hard to get people to react, but he is simply an anonymous bully most of the time though transparent. The reason Seiken did not continue his site is because of lack of interest and for making the same kinds of rude comments about just about everything. The power scale is unbalanced here. OJ knows who we are but no one else. That wouldn’t matter except that he chooses to allow immature people to make stupid comments and put others off.

    In order to continue with a website there needs to be a passion . I assume he lost that passion out of sheer boredom . There is no excitement when the same two or three people win every time out and that doesn’t only apply to just MLE

    Even if the Sheas read here, so what? That doesn’t excuse the derogatory comments made by many. Sense of humor? Please……what is funny about body odors except maybe to an elementary school student. And who cares about what someone did five, ten, fifteen years ago in CE. Did it exist 15 years ago, was that around the beginning of MLE. OJ covers all sorts of topics and organizations. He also calls out the press when they write something he can prove is false or illogical. He deserves credit for creating and maintaining the site. I still quarrel with his allowing the juvenile comments which have driven away many. They may read, but they no longer comment. Imagine when people actually used their real names. Then they got attacked by BS. Frankly, no one has done more to create discord than that one person.

    OJ is entirely to blame for spreading hatred & discourse among eaters. She is also biased. If anyone made a nasty comment about Molly or one of her pet eaters she wouldn’t post it. But anyone can sat anything they want about Gavonne or Goldstein or one of the eaters she doesn’t care for. EatFeats is all about revenge & hate now.

    Mondo Cafone, I don’t agree with that at all. Molly does get a lot of mention on this site, but it is because she is one of the most active and most talented competitors out there right now, hence why there are a lot of posts giving her credit, but I’ve negative comments about her too, so I doubt any of that is censored. Likewise, I have also seen positive postings about Seiken, Goldstein, and others who come up a lot as well. I OJ runs the site fairly, it is just bitter people who are wrecking the comments section.

    To much slander of comp eaters who deserve more.If a name gets searched all comments of poor character come up .This is awful and should not be allowed.This site should build up profiles and not allow tear down of fine comp eaters.You saw the post from Booker.The least You could do is require a registered name prior to post.Shame on You OJ.

    Long ago I use to really like this site. Notice the past tense.

    Trouble with trying to differentiate among which comments to read is that to do so you have to at least skim all of them. And by doing so you’re already disenchanted (understated).

    Since a few months before BS’s site went off-line the mean-spirited and childish comments have increased from their already-lofty numbers. Seiken is the cause of nearly all of the nastiness here, and he will not stop until this site goes the way of his.

    I won’t say I won’t continue to visit eatfeats, because that is what Seiten wants. It’s a damned shame that he has to, and is ALLOWED to, undermine an otherwise top-notch site for CE info.

    He remains an incurable cancer to competitive eating.
