Of course, I didn't really prepare properly, either. My best advice would be: don't let the meat get too cold. If you've never seen a burger that size, it will change the way you think about beef. I plan on eating one of the smaller ones and just scout out the Monster for a later trial....but who knows? Wing Kong might get alittle Testy if I have an accident in his fancy BMW on the ride home....
