Plus $2.99 extra if you want meat. Me: I plan on getting the seven-week pass and eating there every day, which will come to just over $2 per meal, plus tip.

Stupid offer. It started at 2:50 PM EDT; I filled in the info by 2:58 PM, and there was an error; presumably because all cards had sold out!

Well they charged my credit card five minutes after the error message, but there was no confirmation number. I hope the order went through. If it didn’t, the fact that they charged my credit card makes my case stronger.

It was not suppose to be plus $2.99 for the meat. That was suppose to be included. Yea the site was having issues loading, I got ahold of customer service and they said they still had 36 left unclaimed around 45 minutes later. So some people were getting it apparently.

I will eat there for 49 straight days, one meal per day, so it comes out to $2.04 per meal. I’ll take that!

“It was not suppose to be plus $2.99 for the meat. That was suppose to be included.”

Hi Sean, when I said $2.99 extra for meat, I was responding to OJ’s note in the post:

” A single session of all you can eat pasta will be available during that time period for $9.99″.

But, yeah, the $100 unlimited pass covers meat, as well as Coca Cola products for you and your entire party.

I called both the e-card customer service line today at Olive Garden and the guest relations line, so they are working on it. When I couldn’t get through after four tries online, I assumed they were having issues and the card was sold out. when I tried again 45 minutes later, I got a message that all cards were gone, but they were going to offer a few giveaways of the card on social media. It happened that way with Noodles & Co. a few years ago when they were giving away a free salad entree to the first 10,000 customers. They were all claimed in the first 5 seconds! I complained and they sent me two free meal cards, even though they said “too bad” on the phone. I was surprised when the meal cards came in the mail. Kind of passive-aggressive on their part to tell me one thing, but then send me meal cards.

BTW, congrats on your win the other week on ribs. I’m so glad you learned from the MLE contest and improved. I’m very happy for you.
