Ramsey Hinton is currently doing a food challenge tour of Chicago. According to the facebook for the Potholder Cafe in Long Beach, he is now the first person to have completed official restaurant challenges in all 50 states.

    That actually happened a year ago when I did the Tin Cup Challenge in St. Paul to make Minnesota my 50th state. I had already done many in California to that point. Potholder probably just misunderstood and thought I meant that their pancake was my first challenge in California, when it was actually my 20th in the state.
