The New York Times reports that six businesses on the Coney Island boardwalk have been presented with lease extensions with rents increases between 50 and 400 percent. A Nathan's Famous (not the main Surf & Stillwell location) is one of the tenants. It is not clear if they have signed the new lease. A qualifier was held in 2013 at the boardwalk location.     That 2013 qualifier has some history attached to it beside being a Sandy tribute . Beautiful brian allegedly ate 11 hot dogs and buns according to Wild Bill Myers. Allen Goldstein was so fixated with that number that he devoted the next five years of his life posting it on eatfeats . Not to mention him and his cousin even filmed a 10 min documentary on number 11
