It seems that only Shirota has “speed”.

I haven’t yet seen all of the contests, but Gal Sone, the house wife & Miyake don’t eat fast.

It is amazing or ridiculous at how long the japanese eaters can just consistently eat & eat & eat & eat.

Menchetti you can never accept defeat in a gracious manner . Always some kind of copout like if the time frame was different or you had the lead blah blah blah. Just say you lost and end of story. On another note it would not surprise me if chapman inflates all of his eaters contest totals since the inception of his organization . At least with IFOCE there are qualified competant judges that document accurate totals. With aice how do we know if someone ate 4 lbs of food which could easily be 3 or maybe 2lbs. Who are the judges? Arnie Chapman?

Not to bash any of the AICE eaters, but I find the more my capacity rises the faster I can eat. How come this doesn’t happen with the Japanese eaters?

You had a lead…..nonsense…..if the time was different….baloney. If the time was different, all eaters would have paced themselves differently. You can’t take a two minute score, extrapolate it over a different time period, and expect that to be the real results. If so, the Krystal record would be about 160……weak argument. Just say you enjoyed your trip, and admit defeat.
No doubt, it was a great trip, but I find it strange you recruited someone who was never in an eating contest, according to Stoler’s MySpace. I bet the other eaters staying home just loved that one. I think if IFOCE had pulled that for SPIKE TV you would finally see the revolution you want!

We had a lead in 4 of the 5 contests.

Under a.i.c.e. times, heck even under ifoce times, we likely would have won 4 of the 5 events.

Elizabeth got screwed! Contractually, I believe we won her event.

Regardless of the results, my family & I had a great time in Japan.

About the only thing i’d change were the outcomes.

REMATCH!!! 5-12 minute events. Neutral territory…Australia
