    IMHO, HBEs are one of those foods, whereby either you have the ability to speedeat them or you don’t; I don’t see practice helping, but if you do practice, you do so at your own peril.

    Because of eggs’ consistency, if you’re not careful, you can easily choke or start coughing, even when not speedeating. When that happens, it’s all over. (I’ve had enough egg matter come out my nostrils to know.)

    More than for any other food, the presence of EMTs are needed for this one.
