I’ve been a “professional” for 20 plus years, but will still find a way to enter this contest and complain about the sponsor and the temperature of the food

Wing Pole is not just at Cheerleaders, it’s also at Club Risqué. Risqué is going to have solid cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I always hated the top 2 spots only winning money, so we’re going to have Top 3 winning cash, and possibly some other prizes.

It’s shaping up to be a pretty wild event, as many of the outlawed things at WB will be magnified at WP. I was just named the Commissioner for Wing Pole, so feel free to ask any questions. I’m working a lot with logistics as well.

Wing Pole isn’t trying to be a replacement, because you’re right… Nothing can replace something that was perennially massive. It’s a ridiculous way to keep the tradition going. It’s gotten a ton of interest already, and they were talking about it on WIP this morning.

It’s definitely amateur only (at least at Risqué) to give a lot of new blood a shot at winning an eating competition. One thing that purists will enjoy is that I’ve done away with the counting, and adopting total weight eaten. It’s also going to be a shorter contest, so speed is more important than capacity. We’re tossing around lengths of rounds, but at the moment, start to finish, it should be about half as long as the grueling 30 minutes of Wing Bowl (which I actually enjoyed since I always picked up the pace in round 2).

I’ll be putting more details on the Wing Pole FB event page, but anyone’s free to email me at moe.train@icloud.com if you have any questions.

Be careful about going by weight, you always get a few eaters who try to see how much food (and bones) they can drop on the floor instead of eating and get away with.

    That’s true…

11:11 – Do you think weighing will have more skewed numbers than counting? I’m still torn. Counting complete wings is subjective, and I know there are some that will cheat no matter what way it’s done.

There’s a decent amount of money up for grabs, and even though it’s going to be a ridiculous shit show of a contest, I still want to make it fair. We weigh the mushrooms at Mushroom Fest, but deduct for shrapnel.

@Moe Train, that comment was to give a heads up, I’m not trying to tell you how to run the event.

I know MLE used to score the Hooters wing eating championship by weight but later switched to counting, I always assumed this was because of the difficulty collecting and evaluating dropped food and debris.

Counts will not be perfect either way, but weighing should still be okay as long as you have someone looking out for eaters who try to hide their food.

My dismal performance at 3 Brothers pizza in 2006 was worse. Not only did I place dead last but all the eaters ignored me.

Oh was that the contest when allen Goldstein. called seiken asking who is this us male asshole trying to get my goat? He asked seiken if he could bring a post office mail bucket to the contest so he could make fun of usmale. Turns out goldstein became friends with him. His only other friend in his entire life beside the imaginary one with the boat

I saw US Male play the almighty Borgata tournament $450 buy in a few months ago. He was looking around to see if Sicken was there so he could take a pic of him and send it to his short elderly cousin
