Mechetti said Lerman should be disqualified for being a pro, now he enters, what a hipocrit!! Manchetti is no gentlemen, is actually a current professional eater (Moses is 3-4 years retired). After years after talking smack about the ifoce, he should not be considered for the MLE. On a side note, Manchetti has the worse breath I have ever smelled in my life, I would rather park my face under my dogs behind after feeding it spare ribs. He should enter a Scope drinking contest asap, and please win Joe.

Joe is a mean spirited person, he put me down for writing in capitals a few years back, it seemed to irk him in the worst way , why who’s to say, .I beat you Joe at the wing bowl and you never got over it .. I got 2nd place to your 3rd and I was always in control I wasn’t about to puke ,just was getting my composure

This is more fun than a barrel of monkeys. Don Lerman vs Joe Menchetti but this time its Chinese food instead of Kosher food. I remember when Don and Joe competed in the 2003 Bens matzah ball qualifier in Baldwin. I just got back from Fla and didnt want to miss that one. Don didnt say hello to Joe and gave him a look as though “what the hell is he doing here” . To this day i never knew if Don was mad because Menchetti was going to fuck up his shit or angry that Joe had no business being there due to the fact that he was no longer an IFOCE member. They ran two or three heats where Don and Joe did not compete directly against each other but Don ate the most in his heat to win the qualifier. Menchetti was already a former IFOCE member but he figured he would enter anyway because he brought a copy of the old Bens waiver form which didnt include the fine print which prohibits anyone to enter the contest unless they are IFOCE affiliated . Didn’t work Joe. They threw you and the dick eating champ out of the finals anyway. Don this is your big chance to bury his face in curry sauce. Dont blow it!

Bobo, I wrote that I hope ‘he ISN’T pressured to with draw’.

My breath does occasionally stink. (Coffee & cigs do that)

I have no interest in returning to the ifoce.

Hanna, He did beat me in a Ben’s qualifier. I did not face him in the Glutton Bowl. He technically beat me in Wing Bowl for 2nd place. I eased up when it was clear El Wingador was going to win, & Don looked like he was going to throw up the entire second 14 minutes. We won the prize for 2nd/3rd a Bulova watch.

Porkslap, I don’t think they taped it, & i’m likely in for that beer afterwards

SB, i’ll be ranked by an as yet to be formed organization that i’m sure to alienate by allowing Boone to use my likeness, or by refusal to sign a contract that could keep me from doing a stunt w/friends.

What makes anyone think Don will remain in the top 5?? Jill Stoler, Will Milender, Arnie Chapman, Joel Podelesky, Chris Schlesinger, the rest of AICE’s top 38 & a few random amateurs all can beat 1minute. Everyone knows Don is to cheap to spend another $20. to try to better his time…if he can.

that is a tremendous insult to Don . To even insinuate that Jill Stoler or Joel Podelesky will beat Don is really pushing it

    Anonymous,
Stop hiding under your mothers or girlfriends skirt. Let me know who you are. We will go to Go Go Currys
and I will do it in under a minute. Lets also see your time. Step up to the plate. At the very worst
you can watch me do it under a minute.

I’ve heard some rumblings that Chapman, Podelesky, Big Will, Hickman, Goose, & possibly even Furious Pete will be attempting to qualify on Wednesday. Other rumblings make me think Boone is possible as well.

If all of them show, my 37 seconds might not stand up, never mind 1 minute.

Joe, I think your time WILL hold up, even if ALL of them show. Now if Pat B, Koby, or Joey C showed, it might possibly be a different story.
