Furious Pete eats 4 lb. burrito in 40 sec for documentary

“Furious” Pete Czerwinski reports he ate a four pound burrito in 40 seconds in a bodybuilding.com forum thread. The feat was recorded for a documentary about his life.

Another poster
in the thread says he saw Joey Chestnut and three friends (probably funnel cake competitors) eat Burritozillas at Iguana’s last night. The fastest time was 1:39.

Why doesnt furious pete and anyone else from the aice acknowledge Joey’s funnel victory. The selfish bastard only cares about his burrito. Notice how he did not comment under the Funnel Cake post . What an ingrate Maybe if you gave some praise to ifoce eaters every once in awhile they might do the same for you Pete. Hmm Hmm Hmm ???

Pete has congratulated Joey and Pat on their accomplishments many times. If anything it’s the other way around!

I think Joey and Pat are freaken amazing talents. I can’t wait to Congratulate them all in person soon 🙂

This eat was part of a video Trailer for a documentary which will be filmed later on. I’ll try to get the footage as it was pretty hilarious.

The owner of this joint said if I do a 8-9lber in 4 min or less he will give $5.000 to a charity of my choice, or if under 3 min he will give $10,000. Can’t wait to get that out to the MS Society 🙂

Why even put IFOCE and the B-League group in the same sentence…. who cares about any of them

Why should he or vice-versa!? Pete’s every bit as good as those two. They just get a bit more publicity, but Pete’s independent. Not a puppet.

    Farooq!

That is not true anonymous . Every shitty organization has one or two standouts. to bring the fans in and Pete just happens to be one of them. Like everything else in life the superstars get tired of competing with the losers and move on to greener pastures. Look at Dr J with the Nets . He knew the team was a losing proposition coming into the NBA in 1976 so he signed with the 76’ers and got the recognition he deserved. Remember another Pete? Pistol Pete Maravich? One of the greatest scorers of all time but played with losing teams his entire career. The result no fame no glory. Same applied to Ralph Kiner who played for a last place team (Pirates) for his entire career but hit close to 400 home runs. Pete do yourself a favor . and email a personal letter to George and Rich Shea expressing your desire to compete with the pros. I am sure they will role out the red carpet for you and shower you with the media attention you truly deserve. You will be able to pull in some real dough for a change and at the same time compete with some of the legendary greats of the sport. There is also a very strong possibility that you can beat some of these great eaters and add a dimension that the IFOCE has never seen before. Joey Pat & Pete . Now how does that sound everybody?

Put an APB out immediately. Furious Pete Czerwinski expresses interest in competing against Joey Chestnut on the 4th of July. This is the greateest news story since the rumor that Wilt Chamberlain was coming to the Knicks.

Pete I hope you do compete on July 4th. I don’t know how you’l do with the smoke-and-mirror concept of pre-chewing, howevering. The secret seems to be doing what you can get away with without getting DQ’ed. Some are better at that than others.

    Best of luck!

You guys realize that the same rule the IFOCE forced upon Wing Bowl — no eaters from a rival organization — also apply to Nathan’s. Nathan’s is bigger than Wing Bowl in importance. Pete’s not getting in.

Thats bullshit he’s getting in because im sick and tired of hearing these anonymous fools talkin about he cant beat Joey he cant beat Pat. Lets end the nonsense right here and right now and fuck the IFOCE rules. If you want to see if he can put his money where his biceps are, then let the dude do his thing and qualify .

anony 11:19 do you think he is that stupid where he will tell you which qualifier he intends to go to?

  24. anonymous said

I knew it was just a matter of time before Furious Pete got with the IFOCE. Sorry Arnie , you can’t hold your golden boys forever. They have to grow up and move out of the house sometime . And this is the right time

If he were to (not that he will, just thinking out loud) sign a contract with MLE, he would no longer be with a “rival org.” So, if that were the case, he should be allowed to compete in a qualifier.

Given that situation, should he still not be allowed to compete, it’s likely because the IFOCE thinks he will not honor the contract.

The bottom line: if the barker hat-wearin’ boys think he will put $$$ in their pockets, they’ll welcome him with open arms. If not, they won’t.

  26. anonymous said

    April 13, 2009 @ 1:48 pm

Rhonda is correct . It is not a matter of whether or not he ate with a rival organization in the past but if he intends on honoring a future contract with the IFOCE. I have yet to see anyone leave that bunch and faithfully commit themselves to the IFOCE .

Why is it stupid to tell us where he’s going? If he’s so awesome, why does he care which qualifier he goes to?
