Sheesh “Boston challenges” it’s not that hard to call places before going there, to make sure the challenge still exists. You expect OJ to like constantly be calling every place and checking to see if they’re still around. The database is just a useful starting point to find fun challenges.

Andre’s cafe still appears to have the challenge based on their website…

Has Pete Davekos stayed apace with Juliet?

    I agree KR.

Yet, the only purpose of 1120’s comment was to publicly take a swipe at OJ. That’s unfortunate, because if that same person spent as much time researching and objectively reporting information at his own Web site as he does shooting arrows at this one, people would take fewer shots at him.

He might as well shirts with a body-size target embroidered on them, because he sets himself up for attacks.

    How unfortunate.

Interesting factoid, I just checked after reading Rhonda’s remark that as far as I can tell Juliet hasn’t won a non-qualifing contest since a mid 2009 tamale contest. OJ may want to verify, but it would be nice to see her get a W. Besides I don’t think traveling to Boston for a gift card will attract any of the top fives. So good luck Juliet

I called each and every one of those restaurants and the owner or manager confirmed that none of those exist

Yah? So I agree with Rhonda fully. You need to update sounds like an accusation for sure. And it seems, Boston Challenges, that you just registered today. People spend so much time having multiple e-mail addresses to register under so many names, it boggles the mind. Better to be anonymous or, like Rhonda, who is an outstanding member of this community and a huge contributor, pick a name and stick with it. Why am I anonymous, well for some people, if you are not, there are swipers galore who just love to be negative. Stuck my neck out before, most people on here are, as Rhonda said, decent people, and she gives people way more leeway in giving fourteenth chances. I wish I could be more like her but honestly, people do not seem to change that much on here. Positive or negative, you choose. Wish more positive would be the majority. You can still criticize but be respectful.

It means has Davekos kept up with Juliet’s eating ability, outpaced her? how do they compare?

I think Davekos’ ability has steadily improved and remembering the rift between them, he won’t allow himself to lose. Plus its his hometown

Good point about Davekos’ eating ability steadily improving. Yes, it is his hometown. As for 9:50 am, we can guess who you are and it isn’t pretty, you make an ass-like pig of yourself with those comments, newly registered but very ancient commenter. OJ does not have to do anything, and you, my “friend”, contribute manure. Hmm? Just my opinion.
