    El Torito (another mediocre chain though better than On the Border) offers endless enchiladas every Thursday. Just FYI.

    They have a good Sunday brunch and their food overall is enjoyable, it’s just far from authentic mexican cuisine – hence the mediocre comment! I’m required to always be a snob when it comes to chain restaurants, thems the rules!
