Philly.com reports that 5-time champion Bill "El Wingador" Simmons will not attend or be involved with Wing Bowl 21 after his arrest for cocaine distribution in June (he is currently awaiting trial). Despite his legal issues, Simmons believes he would make the overall American top 3 after training.
