Syracuse.com reports that Hofmann Sausage CEO, Frank Zaccanelli, is being sued by Syracuse University basketball coach Jim Boeheim and other investors for improper use of company money. Boeheim, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach and Takeru Kobayashi were announced as Hofmann investors last year. (Kobayashi and Staubach are not part of the lawsuit).

Kobayashi will hand pick a bunch of eaters that he can walk all over like Criff dogs and then charge admission fee to the yuppies. Same crap on July 4th like last year only different sponsor. Next year he find another sucker to hook up with like Sabrett

10:16 this is not about any contest. “Zaccanelli grew up on the west side of Syracuse and went on to play basketball at State University College at Potsdam. In addition to Boeheim, he recruited well-known sports figures as investors in Hofmann, including championship eater Takeru Kobayashi and former Dallas quarterback Roger Staubach. They are not part of the lawsuit.” This implies that Kobayashi is an “investor” meaning that he actually paid money. Saying that Kobayashi and Saubach are not part of the lawsuit means that they are not paying with the others to sue Z. Kobayashi is not a US Citizen for starters and would have to pay money to sue. I doubt that he has any understanding of what is going except that he had a good run so far. That is heap of money to have raised for investment. Hope the original family got their money’s worth and exited.

Even U.S. citizens pay money to sue. It’s called Hiring A Lawyer.
