2014 Nathan’s finals live on ESPNews
The July 4 schedule for ESPNews shows that the Nathan’s hot dog eating contest will be shown live on that channel starting at noon. Only the men’s contest will be televised; ESPNews will show SportsCenter at 11:30. There will be three tape-delayed showings of the contest on ESPN2 on July 4, 5 and 6 and ESPN Classic will show 6 contests from previous years on July 4. as long as its shown live on any channel affiliated with ESPN then thats good. You would think after all these years that IFOCE would branch out to the point where all Nathans qualifiers were shown live on television even if came down to a public access channel The exposure is vital . Pretty lame that after 17yrs of Nathans qualifiers there is still a shortage of video footage from qualifying circuit. Cant even find them on youtube. You have to wonder whos fault that is?

This could have been avoided if the IFOCE had involved Seiken in previous years broadcasts. With his color commentary ESPN ratings would have exploded!!! Now look what you have!!

I am only interested in the 2009 contest where Seiken judged the event . Even if his face is visible for 5 seconds thats all that matter s

With the problem of you-know-who that can’t stand not to have her face on TV, everyone probably decided that it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Seiken never ate 17, he ate 12 and had an extra plate. Once a fat loser, always a fat loser.

Why is MLE’s site down again?? Yesterday and today. I wanted to find out when the Cleveland qualifier is and Brian Seiken’s ranking. I was planning on writing something positive about him.

It was not televised on ESPN in 2003 First year was 2004 MSNBC televised it with Curtis Sliwa as the co anchorman. He made some negative comments about the Japanese and Kobayashi taking super enzymes to increase his stomach capacity which led to his termination with the station

Why is the site down? Ill tell you why its down. Because Meadowlands was snuck in at the last minute so Conti could win uncontested How do you like that loser ?

“Because Meadowlands was snuck in at the last minute so Conti could win uncontested”
If that’s true, Subich, Hendry, Locust, and Dud Light might have something to say about that.
