This is a good list of resources. If you’re in Oklahoma City you won’t want to miss Nic’s Grill for the burgers and a trip up to Tulsa for Cafe Elote and their all you can eat night is awesome. You get your picture up on the wall if you eat enough puffy tacos. I think it’s like 20.
