I believe Eric Denmark hold the wild card lead now. Tom Gilbert didn’t sign and MLE won’t let anyone compete in Coney unless their signed.

Doesn’t it make sense that Tom would be asked to signed, only if his wildcard holds, and he gets a spot at the finals? You’re making it sound like he turned MLE down.

Tom has been asked to sign in the past and turned MLE. Tom is strongly against MLEs contract and has been pretty vocal about it. I can bet that if Tom’s numbers hold and was asked, he would not sign. He is a Indy eater for life

I talked to Tom at another contest. He said he would sign to go to Coney Island, but after that he would revert back to being an indy.

@8:29 if that’s true, I hope Tom has a good lawyer because he would be breaching his 3 year contract and sued by the Shea brothers for everything he has
