I have extracted the cheesecake contest between Sonya Thomas and Eric “Badlands” Booker held during the 2004 title rally from last night’s rerun on Animal Planet and uploaded it.

    That was filmed a little after she won wingbowl 12. That had to be the last time she did a freebie for tv . After that she got paid for all of her tv appearances.

    Thanks OJ, That contest brings back some great memories! congrats to the black widow for winning on that frigid day in ’04. Also big up’s to the animal planet crew from New Zealand who did the filming. They were real cool

    Anonymous how do you know either of those latter two things? You might be right, but you might not. That’s only an assumption. Anyway, I hope you ARE right, because she’s just trying to make a buck like anyone else.

    As I’ve said many times. It’s really amazing to see an average sized male down an extraordinary amount of food, but it’s extra special to see a 100 lbs woman eat about as much. As such, I’d say she is more marketable than any other eater, except (maybe) for Koby.

    As the sport grows, so will the demand to see such females. Demand = dollars, and you have to strike while the iron is hot.

    Rhonda i was there for the contest that day . I was not a particpant but i remember that Sonya did not look very happy when she walked in the door. I also saw George Shea pull her over to the corner after the contest and slip her 30 or 40 dollars for trainfare to go home
