    I believe it was $90. not $990.

    That is what I was told when I inquired about it 2 days ago.

    Which is why I didn’t go.

    We can ask Joel.

    He was there.

    Joe you are correct it was $90 NOT $990.
    Also, the winner coincidentally runs the the JNF Organization and is one of the founders.
    I came in 2nd place. People from the JNF Staff along with fellow competitive eaters came over to me after the contest and told me I
    was the real winner. I drove to this event for the Donation of money to help people. Unfortunately, this gives a bad name
    to the JNF Organization. The JNF Organization wrote a letter to me apologizing to me on their below average
    wing counting handling during the contest. Never did they apologize for their politics of their contest.
    I at least hope my $36 donation goes to help people who need it in Israel. That is what is all about.
