    Discussion about who found what first is irrelevant. When referencing media, articles, or various works by others, it is necessary to give credit to the person/agency from which the information was found, even if it is not the original source.

    If OJ doesn’t visit Legs, BB’s, or Joe-Bag-o-Donuts’ site, for example, but found a write up on competitive eating via another source, it’s the source at which OJ found the information that should be credited—-even if one of the above said it first.

    CE certainly is no exception to the rule.

    to anonymous at 12:15… I am not even a pro eater. I have eaten 1 lb burgers in 1:30. 3 lb burgers in 15. never actually had a 2 lb burger. in burgers it all comes down to the bun and not necessarily the meat. stacked are easier. the 3 lb patties with the over large bun are the toughest. I regularly eat 1 lb burgers at several different casinos in las vegas. sometimes i go for speed, (if i am alone and restaurant empty :)). my favorite 3 lb burger is stacked with 12 slices of cheese, 6 swiss and 6 chedder. My health cannot afford to eat this burger too often. cheeseburgers are packed in calories. but they are the perfect food.

    I have taken note of Pat from Moonachie’s intelligence and wit over the years, no doubt under-appreciated because of his public persona and image. I have also been given too much (presumed) credit for negative remarks made here about Brian Seiken by BB himself or his followers.

    I have always tried to stay away from remarking about any CE to do with my offspring and know that he does not follow eatfeats or BB’s site. He doesn’t even read things written about him, in most cases. My Facebook page is almost exclusively for my role as artist and friends in spheres outside of CE. I no longer friend competitive eaters (with personal apologies written to them as explanation) when I am asked.

    I have tried to be understanding and lenient due to my past history of supporting eaters and BB before his constant attacks on others and on this website. I continue to cheer on many many eaters and will write to them via private e-mail. Of course, like everyone else, I have my favorites. I follow CE by choice. However, I realized yesterday that reading a donkey and cruel website makes me a donkey for reading anything written there. There you have it, in public.

    I would appreciate being considered separately from my son who has nothing to do with any of this and not have him be the target based upon any perceived fault of his Mother. That being said, no one has any control whatsoever over Beautiful Brian. He makes his own choices no matter what anyone writes to him, kindly or otherwise. BB, if you want to know why eatfeats probably does not post links to your site, a clue might be the constant name calling and hopes for an early and immediate demise of the elusive OJRifkin. And even if his so called real identity were known, I do not think that would make any difference whatsoever, it would simply up the ante on the attacks.

    Like Pat, I do not intend to continue in this discussion, am just stating publicly my opinion.

    Expressing opinions on issues is one thing, but attacking others personally is another, regardless of who’s wrong or right.

Ive seen shit like this escalate to the point where outside sources could get involved and it becomes messy. . I was dead wrong in what i said to the girl . Had no right to say it .     He only apologized AFTER I defriended him on facebook. IMO, he would’ve never done it on his own, so as far as i’m concerned it’s not sincere ..and he can deflect all he wants but the mere fact that he would even THINK about saying something like that to any woman should speak volumes about his character (Flirting???). ..I brought it to this forum because I felt that his shitty behavior needed to be pointed out in the community in which he dwells. ..that’s all ..there’s no “issue” for me to pursue.
