Casting Call for Food Enthusiasts
A press release looking for food enthusiasts who would like to appear on television can be viewed after the jump.
Cooking Channel is looking for food fanatics.
We’re a creative studio working on some fresh campaigns with the Cooking Channel. Last year, we launched their network with some amazing profile pieces and we are back for some more. Here is a link to last year’s campaign. http://www.leroyandclarkson.com/project/cooking-channel_launch-image-campaign
Food people lead with their taste buds and love to travel the world from their table. Whether its the best of all pizzas in NYC, to the all time favorite recipe for Grandma’s good old apple pie. Food people hunger for rich information about what they eat and make. Most importantly food makes them happy and they can’t stop thinking about it.
We are looking for people who have something to say about their food passion. People who love and live food and would like to be part of this project. You can be tastemakers, artisans, cooks, gardeners, bloggers, farmers, makers, food historians, and last but not least eaters. We want to talk to people who share a deep connection to food and all others who bask in the glory of exploring good food.
Does this sound like you? Or do you have even better stories to share with us? If you are please get in touch. Send us a picture and quick description of who you are and what makes you a Food Person. We’ll be interviewing the chosen few where they work, grow, cook, create, or get inspired, and using that footage for an upcoming campaign for the network. I am a young enthusiastic chef with a flare for the camera. When the camera comes on and food is involved, I feel alive. I have held nearly every position in the kitchen, with exception Executive Chef, as well as created myfoodstyle.com to connect with other who have a true passion for relationship through food. i developed the website to help those with Interstitial Cystitis enjoy the flavors of the world, and with much success I have been encouraged to reach for the ultimate dream, working for the Cooking Channel. Food continues to connect me with the world like no other outlet can, and I hope once again it will lead me to you.

Daniel Norton and anyone else, please slow down and read thoroughly. It is terrific that eatfeats puts this information out but you have to apply. If you read the first and last lines only, usually you get the summary information. “Please email: foodpeopleunite@gmail.com and include in subject: Casting call for Cooking channel.” Otherwise, you may simply be posting into the ether. GOOD LUCK DANIEL!
