Is it just because they are females? Is it because they are Asian? Is it because they are Asian females?
Why is it that we need to pit these people against each other?
I met both in February and thought both were beautiful and friendly, and more importantly great competitive eaters.
I do not see Pat B. and Joe Larue pit against each other because they both like to cook, or Hall Hunt and Kevin Ross because they are young handsome white guys, or Joey and Erik The Red because they are from the west coast.
Is it that just some want to see a cat fight? If so, that is weak!
The way I was brought up, is to treat a lady with respect. Juliet is a lady. Sonya is a lady. Let them be who they are individually. If you have a problem with that, then go to a contest and eat more than them.

I was thinking of hanging a catfight with the Hangman, except his wrestling past and his whip kinda scare me….B.Brian might beat me with his pickle, and that really brings to mind some really weird images….
If Pat and Joe Larue met, Joe would have to be favored…I think they should have a cook-off, with MLE participants eating the results.
Following this same line of match-ups, would our loudest eaters, Boone and El Toro be pitted against each other?? I pick El Toro, unless Boone starts pulling on the horns – OUCH

That’s a great point Todd. I totally embrace your sentiment on this. Anyone who tries to stick a wedge between these two, or any two eaters, needs to wake up and smell the Krystals.
Show me any two people who don’t have differences and I’ll show you that person’s reflection in the mirror.

It’s human nature when another person intrudes into another persons turf we expect a turf war. The turf Sonya and Juliet should fight for in that of best female Major League eater. I didn’t consider Gal in that because both Sonya and Juliet would destroy the Gal anytime. Right now I would say Sonya could easily handle all female competition and just about everyone else except (Koby, Joey, Pat,). Juliet is good but not Sonya good at this time.

Just the idea or a rumor that the both of them hate each other is etched in peoples minds already . Nothing can reverse that due to general conversation in the last few posts or Seiken’s article. . Unless the both of them make a public announcement together denying that its all bullshit , the turf war idea wont be going away any time soon.

They are both nice ladies. Juliet, however, remains the top female talent in the world with the Gal a distant second. Sonya is still one of the top 3 or 4 women in the world, but no one can hold a candle to MY JULIET!

I dont think Juliet and Sonya hate each other at all. Just because they are not buddy buddy with each other doesnt mean they hate each other. I really think Thomas is in awe of MY JULIET’s overwhelming talent to the point that she just trembles thinking about getting dusted by MY JULIET. Its hard to do well when you’re always living in fear.

Get real. There is no turf war. There is no rivalry. Romeo you are an idiot. Brian started this and puts these two nice ladies in the middle to try to defend themselves. He is just a trouble maker. If there is a cat fight, Seiken should be in the middle and Julie and Sonya should scratch that SOB’s eyes out. RRrreowww!
No wonder no one wants to pay for his videos. He should be paying the viewers. Looking at his pic in that ugly Santa Hat makes me want to laugh and puke simultaneously. I’d rather laugh first, because puking takes the energy out of you.

I applaud Brian. He merely adds flavor to the story. Neither of them could eat a can of tuna for lunch anyway. I can eat more as a snack than those two can for a competition. (Luther)

Every time Sonya or Juliet’s name comes up, they get smeared. I just don’t understand any of this. But I am getting tired of seeing such p**s-poor attitudes from such people. They don’t deserve any of this. I certainly hope they are more thick-skinned than I am.

Record Keeper you are dedicated, at least superficially. But so far no one has convinced me that they’ve cornered the market on identifying the folks who do this sort of thing.
Sometimes I agree with what is said to defend others, but not necessarily at the expense of trampling over someone else to do it. One on one, maybe, but this is not the proper forum.

Really who cares. Such children with nothing better to do to occupy their time. Its all to get a rise out of Seiken or Juilet or whomever else they can mess with because their life is good for nothing . Best remedy is to ignore . If they cant get a rise out of you then their purpose is defeated.
