    It was pretty rough doing both in one day but they were spaced out enough I had time to recover. also lol thanks to Gent Joe for the Diet coke tip helped free up some space.

    The location I was at had a scale out, brought out half of the baskets for the competitiors, did NOT weigh them. One of the guys running the contest then brought the scale back to the kitchen & the rest of the tots were brought out. Very likely, also unweighed.
    You could tell by looking at the baskets that some had substantially more or less than others. I would guess that most baskets were closer to twenty ounces. Also, most of my baskets were cold. One wasn’t. To be fair, they are probably used to overserving ala a backers dozen, & it was run better than most contests run by an organization, but still far from ideal.
