why should we care about lerman’s diet unless he decides to compete again. Is it necessary to keep track of his lifestyle when there are far more important topics to discuss.

Diets dont work. Its a crock of shit. If you were predestined to become fat at a certain age there is nothing you can do about it. If the fat spreads further than your midsection like legs arms and back, then its a lost cause. Counting calories and weight watchers is also a crock of shit. There are hidden sugars and fats in foods that you would not believe exist. You can exercise all you want but it wont burn off the calories you desire unless you spend an entire day in the gym every day for the rest of your life and live on raisins and sunflower seeds.

Why bother? Seriously. I don’t get it. Sonya and Juliet routinely compete against men twice their size or more. Is there some rule that says they can’t go against a zoftig gal? I doubt either would care who you are: man or woman, regardless of your size. Neither should anyone else. However, maybe someone should have the courtesy to clue you into a couple of things. They are both are incredibly gifted, focused beyond most people’s comprehension, and have daily activity levels that make a crack-addicted ferret look like a couch potato. You can lose as much weight as you like and still not be close to either of them. They’re not quite like the rest of us. Be happy with who you are- your fans are. That will be good enough. Happy Holidays.

Richard Simmons surely you don’t believe that. The really sad thing is that many people discount their own ability to discipline themselves to lose weitht and sometimes spend a lot of money to make someone else responsible should the diet and exercise regimen not work. Every person has the ability to lose weight. It boils down to a combination of taking responsibility and believeing in yourself.
