British tabloid questions Juliet Lee’s eligibility

The website for the British tabloid, The Mirror, has an article about Saturday’s Nathan’s qualifier near Pittsburgh which asserts there are issues about Juliet Lee’s eligibility to enter that contest.

    That is an insult to all of us who competed there. Do these so-called journalists not realize there were a lot of competitive eaters there? We aren’t a bunch of locals just out for a few free dogs.

    The Mirror in Britain is much like The Enquirer here. The writings are based on 10 percent truths. The other 90 percent is made up hogwash to elicit interest and sell the paper.
