“Nacho Mountain” set report

MCall.com has a report on the competitive eating comedy “Nacho Mountain”, which began filming in the Allentown, PA area on July 19. The main eating contest scene was filmed on Friday. Joey Chestnut, listed as a co-star of the movie on IMDB.com, is not mentioned in the article, but it does report that the final food battle scene will be recorded in August, so he might appear in that scene.

    Most of the filming on Friday revolved around contest scenes. There was a bunch of one on one battles and pretty big contest scene but they are correct that the big one is to be filmed at a later date. Most of the talent were locals with a few exceptions. Not that it matters thanks to the magic of film editing but from what I could tell, I was the only one there with any eating experience. As far as Joey goes, there was talk of him shooting something but I never got a solid answer whether anyone has actually spoken to him about it or not.

    In what scene does the Hangman make an appearance? If they want only top notch talent and alot of movie viewers, the Bruce the Hangman is the man for the job. Can you imagine, the Hangman & Joey Chestnut, 2 top world renowned eating rivals battling it out on the big screen?
