    Hey Erik,

    We don’t all feel the desperate need to post our successful eating challenges on you tube to get attention. Why don’t you and the girl you obviously have the hots for go on a tour across North America impressing all of the patrons along the way and posting your conquests on you tube in the hope of getting a few hits? Better still, why don’t the two of you get married and fade into oblivion.

    The only way they can get the attention they crave is to come up with these silly made up events featuring only himself or herself. Nela got wiped out against locals and finished seventh against other women at Nathans. As for Erik, why don’t you get into a contest against real eaters like Molly, Pat, Jamie, and Kobayashi just to name a few. Prove how great you are against them and then you can beat your chest.

    Why do people keep writing that so and so should compete against “real” eaters when they never will. Different organizations, independents etc.

    1037am, Erik can’t compete against IFOCE members but can compete in any independent contest. The above mentioned eaters are all independent.
