    The term “Super Bowl” is trademarked by the NFL. That is why companies here in ads refer to it as “the Big Game”. Not sure about the UK (they probably have the trademark there since they have games there), but the NFL has been very aggressive in shutting these sort of violations down, including forcing a church to not air the Super Bowl.
