Unless he was given permission (highly unlikely), he has agreed not to eat in unsanctioned contests. He violated his contact thinking that nobody would notice. Silly boy.
It’s a jerky move anyway – taking advantage of unsuspecting amateurs, for what, practice? That should be counted as his first qualifier, and recorded as a DQ.
