VegasNews has a press release about next month's Martorano’s Masters Meatball Eating Championship which reports that Rich LeFevre will return to competition. Joey Chestnut, Bob Shoudt and Ben Monson are other expected entrants.

Lefevre is done with competitive eating. You can believe all the garbage that is printed but the fact and the truth is that he not competing anymore

I agree. Rich has decided his health is more important and with the wishes and concerns of his wife, his family and his doctors, he has retired from eating contests. I wish him well.

Thats a shame, when i saw his name a possible entrant I was excited but to now hear this is disappointing to say the least.

Either way, this is shaping up to be one hell of a contest. I hope I can get off the wait list…. but that’s probably wishful thinking with all the big names, and it’s in Vegas. I wish all the entrants the best.

If you live in Pittsburgh, like me, our “Tri-state area” is Western PA, East Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.
Not like the clue was that good. I think everyone knows OJ is a New Yorker.
