AICE competitor claims to done gallon challenge in 32 seconds
AICE news reports the following information about an entrant in the Delaplane Strawberry Contest:
Brad “The Lunatic” Sciullo who is recognized as the current World Record Holder for drinking a gallon of milk (32 seconds!) and has also had some impressive outings in a major Waffle and Hamburger Eating Contest has informed AICE that he plans mass destruction on the record books this spring and summer. This wacky (but respected) chef states that he will be the next Strawberry Eating Champion and plans to explode on the scene in 2007.
Joey Chestnut drank a gallon of milk in 41 seconds for his 2006 Wing Bowl qualifying stunt.

32 seconds?! No way. I saw Joey’s 41 second video and it’s still hard to believe it really happened.
Although I did watch that 2 liters of water in 5 seconds video and since one gallon is roughly four liters, I guess it’s possible. If you have the capacity, maybe 20 seconds is within the realm of possibility…if you can bypass that pesky “swallowing” thing and just squeeze the jug to force the liquid straight into your stomach. Similar to beer funneling.

I’m with the doubters on this one.
either a Chapman mis-type, or mis-understanding.
Unless of course there’s video…. and if the guy can do it, and doesn’t have video, I’m sure he’d be glad to do it again.

Maybe he DID do it with a beer funnel 🙂 But I am skeptical unless there is some sort of proof. Anyone can claim anything!

Well, I did in 2 minutes, I don’t know how to open my throat to swallow or drink without that “gulping” thing so that’s why I took a long time and my bet was to do it in less than 3 minutes (which I think was the same for Joey Chestnut but he did it in 41 seconds which was incredible, 32 seconds? I think it is possible but you would need to have the capacity AND the ability to open your throat, if you have both I think it can definitely be done. I have also downed a half gallon of milk and chocolate milk in about 17-18 seconds with videos to prove it both, gallon and have gallon and again, I don’t have that ability to open the throat. I think this guy should show a video and that would clarify any doubts. However a gallon of milk in less than 30 seconds that would be something out of this world (by the way the 1.5 liters of water in 5 seconds IS something out of this world, I think it is 1.5 not 2 but amazing anyway!)

Its easy to doubt,i did so myself but its this feat alone that got me a sponsership with the resort I worked at.video is on its way.
