Beautiful Brian vs. Michael Jackson
Beautiful Brian has a page comparing “Stick to Blogging” to the 25th anniversary re-release of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. Commentary about the release “Stick to Blogging” explains how Michael Jackson has an additional impact on the CD.
Although some of the musical arrangements are the sole property of yours truly like “Dont ever call me again” “Came in as an eater” “Retaliation” and “Weigh my shit” “Black and White” , others are copyrighted material replaced by my own original lyrics but accompanied by tunes from major recording artists such as the Beatles and Billy Preston. In order to clear those hurdles and post on media player applications such as itunes stores and other high profile internet music services i would have to cut a deal with those companies and pay them thousands of dollars. I dont think so.
Michael Jackson currently owns the publishing rights to the Beatles’ songs, although there is speculation that financial difficulties might for him to sell.

Jackson bought the publishing rights in the mid 80’s without mccartney’s consent and then told him about it in a casual conversation while they were recording “say say say”

I hope he doesn’t do the same to Brian’s.

If MJ bought the rights to BB songs that would be a showing of total disrespect

Brian,
The comparisons to Micheal Jackson are fine, just stay away from the 10 year olds, especially Billie’s Jeans. Whatever you do, don’t Beat It. That should be as clear as Black and White, or easy as 1-2-3, A-B-C. In other words, don’t use your Stick for Flogging. Don’t Ever Call Them Again, or else their parents will ask for Retaliation. That may include a Bonebreaker.

If MJ purchases Seiken’s catalogue of songs does that mean he’ll be singing them too?
