I don’t think roaches understand currency

Good thing he didn’t offer shares in his competitive eating winnings. It’s hard to divide a quarter. 🙂

What’s the payout for a full house….of roaches?

Seiken , don’t expect anyone in CE to stake you. You might get stalkers instead of stakers like the Goldsteins. As cheap as the majority of the eaters in MLE are , you couldn’t get them to come up with $20 to stake someone let alone pay that much if Nathans decided to implement a registration fee in the same amt to enter the qualifiers

$20 is completely out of horseface budget especially for $5 a hand black jack players . Remember this is the same person that goes dutch on a buffet and has the audacity to ask someone to chip in $10 or more for gas in a 20 mile roadtrip . Ca’t get any cheaper than that

Maybe if MLE hooked up with a staking site they might generate more interest from the outside. Even though there is no humongous out of pocket registration fee to compete in eating contests, investing a portion of the prize pool into staking eaters would give everyone a chance to make some money. Instead what you have is some guy with crooked teeth and an obnoxious grin holding up a trophy after a contest while the rest of the fools are content with a free meal, their mid rank of 30 and below and a mention on a twitter page that no one gives a rats ass about except for their small circle of followers

Sad that nothing good comes out of this post with the exception of negative comments deriving from one wig wearing loser with 5 fake trophies along with breath and ass that smells like “very first one of many”

Tell US fatboy not to waste his time showing up so he can take pics of Seiken and send it to his bride to be so he can report back on here and say how fat he looked. Seiken isnt playing the tournament unless he’s 80% backed . Keep checking the link for updates

This may go down as the most laughable post ever in the history of eatfeats. Besides the unlikable factor I cannot foresee a sole handing over their hard earned cash to this proven lifetime loser. The Goldsteins should fork over the 80%. Could you imagine if the loser just happened to win one and he had to hand over a big percentage to his enemy. Awkward!

I would tend to agree with Hmm. There is a legal form that has to be signed by all parties involved in staking . A real contract unlike the joke of a contract the IFOCE makes you sign. If tournament pays 50k GTD and by some miracle Seiken gets first which pays in the 20 to 25 k range, he would be obligated to pay the Goldsteins 60% of his winnings

For as little as $20 you can stake the best poker players in the world who play for millions and you get a piece of the action if they cash. Better than stock market

I would rather give $20 to the neighborhood dog and hope he shits gold. Better odds then making money from Brian Seiken.

The contest draws close to 400 entries and it pays out 20 spots or maybe more .

Why doesn’t Joey Chestnut learn how to play poker ? On his name alone he can attract attention gain endorsements and make a hell of a lot more money than he’s doing right now destroying his intestines with animal bi products

Joey knows he can win or place so why would he learn a new skill which often is about as certain as buying a lottery ticket. Gambling easily becomes an addiction, always hoping for the golden pot. If you want to invest money, why are you not investing in the best poker players?

You are focused on CE because like the rest of the people that post here , that is all they know and all they care about. They are also very cheap and will never invest money except for gas in road trips It’s all about a free meal to them but the food at the table is not that great to begin with . The top eaters compete in the circuit only because they are flown out , sponsored or parlay their winnings so essentially they are free rolling. Try venturing into other arenas beside food food food which is real boring if you ask me .

Seiken is a smart guy . He realizes that buy in can add up to a losing proposition so he gets staked to cover the buy in cost and in return the investor gets a piece of the pie. If he can’t sell off enough to cover the buy in he wont play. Simple as that Win win situation

11:24 am. Your statement is ridiculous. Of course we are focussed on competitive eating, the site is called eatfeats. If that is all we care about, why do you care? We come here looking for people interested in the same thing, period. And it isn’t poker.

Talk about a gamble, I hear a new highly ranked MLE eater will be participating in a non sanctioned event in Philadelphia on Saturday. Did Carmen sign a contract? Better check with the Sheas.

The contract is a farce. It is sad that over the years most who signed it never took the time to ask themselves “How does signing this contract benefit me”? Am i guaranteed a chance to compete in any circuit event with the exception of Booker, Sudo , Chestnut, Conti Stonie just to name a few as a ranked member? NO . Am i guaranteed a certain number of media spots or payed appearances . NO . Am i guaranteed to get screwed over left and right by the three guys with the straw hats because they take pleasure out of choosing their class pets over the rest of the ranked members ? The answer to those and many more questions i failed to address are YES YES YES

I am not playing in the scheduled WFAN event this morning. My staking requirements were not met. I will continue to post other events i intend to play on that staking site but i won’t play them unless i am compensated for at least 50% of my buy in. Free to post a package so as Mike Sexton says about WPT.com “cant lose a dime playing poker guaranteed “

To 11:50, as in anything in life:
Put in the work and be good at something, and you will reap the rewards
Be bad, and you will not
Complain when you are good. You are not.
Goodbye.
(and lol Carmen!)
