Dave "US Male" Goldstein announces that he pushed his son Josh, who is confined to a wheelchair due to Joubert syndrome, in a 10K race yesterday. Their finishing time was 56:19. Yasir Salem also finished the New York City Marathon yesterday.

Salem finished 45,832 in the NYC marathon with a total time of 5hrs 43 min

Great job Yasir. It is refreshing to see competitive eaters persevering in distance runs. It just goes to show that eating competitively while doing other healthy competitive activities can go hand in hand. Competitive eater & marathoner, what a cool thing to say.
