“Eat the Clock” currently being cast
The Hollywood Reporter has the following description for the upcoming show “Eat the Clock” which is expected to debut on The Food Network in the first quarter of 2009:
The show is described as a cross between an eating competition and “The Amazing Race.” Two teams of contestants rush to various Los Angeles eateries and gorge themselves in face-stuffing challenges.
A craigslist posting seeks competitors who meet the following description:
We are looking for high-energy, dynamic and competitive two-member teams (husband & wife, parent and child, two good friends, two co-workers, etc.) who are 25-45 and have some connection, knowledge or experience in the food industry.
(link fixed) Thanks Nacrogyn

dont waste your time with this. Anything that the food network advertises is a setup just to get people to respond to the ad. They have the fixed set of contestants way before they put the ad up. Ripoff is all i have to say. BTW anony 1:01 on link buffet post is Boone. He really has it in for Barlow

I would say Juliet and anybody, but Juliet’s shoulders would probably get very heavy having to carry her team mate to victory. Also shes going to eat 70 krystals to qualify and then win krystals with 135. Koby is scared, but he won’t admit it. She will probably be the only woman competing in krystals this year.
