The Filet would be my #2. I filet and cook my own tenderloins quite often (at least once a month) and look forward to spending that $70.00 because its well worth it.
The standing rib roast (Prime Rib) is #1 for sure. I’ve eaten an 80 oz. Prime Rib (19 min. 9 sec.) and I enjoyed every last bit of that bad boy. Normally I do a 16 oz. cut.
Prime Rib is by far the best tasting meat and I dont think you can argue with that.
