    Isn’t this terrific if it happens. It is what so many fans wanted, to have match-ups with eaters from different organizations. So both are independent. What about GJoe? Who are the completely independent good eaters?

    Pete that is the wrong attitude to have. Now everyone will expect Kobe to whip your ass while you are just grateful for being there. What happened to the eye of the tiger? This matchup is much better than boring chestnut vs kobe because its all about fear of the unknown and you are the unknown as far as kobe is concerned

    I have not hid my feelings that I think IFOCE is the best eating organization and IFOCE eaters are overall the best in the world…that being said, I would LOVE to be there for this competition to see the two “heavyweights” (although neither of them could ever be mistaken for heavyweights) do battle on this competition. I think this will be historic in competitve eating and can’t wait to see the results. Good luck to all competitors including (hopefully) Ben Do!!

    I just want to see what happens, you never know until the actual eating is done, there are many things involved so it depends on how things are for each one on that date and time, good luck for both and may the best win!
