High School football player Connor "Max Consumption" Clifton ate 3 Nick's Famous roast beef sandwiches to qualify for Wing Bowl 23. He is not the first high school football player to qualify for Wing Bowl. Alex Friedman ate 12 sandwiches at Jim's Steaks to break Lynda Kuerth's 23 year old record and qualify for the Wing Bowl in 2001.

    H.S.? Wow. Times are tough and they seem desperate. This event is such a sack of shit anymore. They treat the winners like shit, bring in a bunch of losers and strippers for shock value, don’t weigh the wings, change the outcome to benefit the station. It will NEVER be a legit event. Shame on all the CE’s who play into their hands. You embarass us all by participating.
