    It will be interesting so see how the MLE eaters split up across all these upcoming contests.

    Slopper or buffet bowl on 8/30
    Tacos or hotcakes on 9/20
    Tamales or pancakes on 9/27

    The geographical distance of catfish on 9/5 and poutine on 9/6 also seems like another split decision to make.

    Webb just naps and lifts weights and thousands and thousands of calories magically melt off. He also seemed to accuse cheating at the Nathan’s that Pat won. Did everyone like the phony hospital part where you can clearly see he’s wearing one of his swag shirts? Hilarious too.

    8:09 – Actually he didn’t say that at all. He clearly said he trains with food AND gallons of water.

    4:45am – Not a “phony hospital part” at all. At the time of filming that scene (2023) the videographer attended James’s quarterly Rituximab infusion. He used to get this infusion every 3 months up until February of this year (2025) for his autoimmune disease.

    Kate Webb: James pukes like most other pro eaters. You didn’t address that part of the comment above. It’s obvious from the parotid gland swelling (very bad at times) on Jame’s face.

    From Eating Disorder Hope:

    Swelling of these glands, but the parotids in particular, is a symptom of both bulimia and anorexia. Often, it’s one of the first visible signs that someone has developed an eating disorder.

    Swollen parotid glands generally shrink back down after regular purging or limited food intake has stopped. But sometimes, medical care is required to help.

    Great documentary, James is the man. Oj, why don’t you verify people before they post? You would get more actual eaters posting/ engagement and it would prevent the same 3 anonymous assholes from talking shit about everyone?

Also in reference to the youtube comment on Pat’s post, it’s pretty DELUSIONAL to think that youtube is the only revenue stream or video platform that can generate success. It’s DELUSIONAL to think that Pat is solely relying on youtube for anything whether it’s content, revenue, marketing, or fun. It’s not 2018 anymore. Youtube isn’t the monopoly king as it once was.     They probably meant eatfeats was mentioned in the movie. I haven’t seen it, so couldn’t tell you.

    I believe 7:23pm meant that “Eatfeats made it into the movie”, as in, it was mentioned as part of the final cut.

    Eatfeats had no role in actually producing it, LOL
