Joe Menchetti won the first prize of $250 in yesterday's wing eating contest at Bucket List in Rockville Centre, NY.

    Notice how he keeps a low profile sneaking into these events hoping that wayne brunelli and other better eaters than him wont show up so he could collect his measly $250?

    Brunelli was there.
    Official totals, Me w/2.3 lbs of meat eaten in 2 mins, Brunelli, 2.0
    1st 20 wings were fine next set of 10 were so hot, the BACK of my fingers got burned from the splattering oil.
    We both ran out of wings with about 5 seconds left. Bruno grabbed a wing from the guy to his right, I went back to my empty bucket to better clean what i’d already eaten.
    Wayne knew about the contest, he inquired on Instagram about the rules/set up.
    Measly $250. is fair. I had to leave work an hr early, (thats right a “real’ job) and change plans I had with someone, to drive 130+ miles.
    When mileage and entry fee is factored in, the irs would put this win as around $100.

    If asked directly, I will say whether or not I intend to go to a contest or not.
